Scott Sancton MBA, BA
Owner/Principle Consultant Scott Sancton comes from a Sales and Marketing background, serving as National Sales Manager for a youth niche event marketing company for five years. During this time he was responsible for bottom line growth through change management, which included adpating the companies twenty year old business model to fit the needs of a changing market.
He holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science from Dalhousie University and a Master of Business Administration degree with a speciality in Service Management from the University of Victoria. Beyond a passion for working within the Non-Profit sector, Mr. Sancton specializes in working with small and family businesses.
